Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd (the "Lifeline Group") collects, uses, and protects personal information across our corporate sites — lifeline.com.sg, lifeline.com.my, lifelinecorp.com.au, lifelinecorp.com.ph — and our online shop at shop.lifelinecorp.com (collectively, the "Sites"). The Lifeline Group includes Lifeline Holdings Pte Ltd, Lifeline Wellness Pte Ltd, Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd, Lifeline Innovators Sdn Bhd, Lifeline Corporation Pty Ltd, and Lifeline Distribution and Merchandising Philippine Inc.

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device — web browser, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device — using cookies, log files, web beacons, and tags. We refer to this as Device Information.

When you contact us, request a quote, place an order, register a warranty, or apply for a role, we additionally collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, organisation, billing/delivery address, and any details in your message. We call this Order Information when it relates to a purchase.

How we use your information

We use Order Information to fulfil your order (process payment, arrange delivery, provide invoices), to communicate with you, to screen for fraud, and to provide you with marketing materials only when you opt in.

We use Device Information to keep the site secure, to detect and respond to risks, and — in aggregate — to understand how visitors interact with the site so we can improve it.

Sharing your personal information

We share personal information with third parties strictly to deliver the service you have asked for: payment processors for online shop orders, courier partners for deliveries, our IT providers for hosting and analytics, and government agencies (e.g. Singapore's Agency for Integrated Care) when you request our help to access funding schemes like the Senior Mobility Fund. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

The Sites use minimal cookies — essential session cookies for site function, and anonymous analytics cookies to understand traffic. See our Cookies notice for details. You can disable cookies via your browser settings; some site features may not function correctly without them.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and the Philippines' Data Privacy Act 2012, you have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to withdraw consent for any processing that relies on it.

If you are a European Economic Area (EEA) resident, the lawful basis for processing your personal data is to perform the contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, or to pursue our legitimate interests (provided they don't override your rights).

Data retention

When you place an order through our online shop, we retain Order Information for our records, unless and until you ask us to delete it. Enquiry information is retained for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Minors

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please check this page for the latest version.
